Serenoa repens fruit, Cucurbita pepo L. seed oil, Urtica dioica L. root dry extract, stabiliser (beeswax), zinc gluconate, tomato lycopene (Solanum lycopersicum L.), emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), phytosterol complex, selenium-enriched yeast (0.2%), pyridoxine HCl, disodium tetraborate, cholecalciferol, gelatine softgel, firming agent (glycerol), stabiliser (sorbitol), colour (iron oxide).

How to use
