Food supplement based on Dioscorea, kudzu, muira puama, Lactobacillus crispatus, witch hazel, angelica, phycocyanin and zinc.

Ingredients
Day capsule: dioscorea (Dioscorea oppostifolia L. syn. Dioscorea opposita Thunb., rhizoma) dry extract std. 6% diosgenin, kudzu [Pueraria lobata (Willd.) DC., radix] dry extract std. 40% isoflavones, muira puama (Ptychopetalum olacoides Benth. (muira puama) cortex] dry extract D/E ratio 1:4; bulking agents: pregelatinised starch, calcium carbonate; Lactobacillus crispatus SP28 (100 billion CFU/g); anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; acidifier: citric acid; shell: gelatin.
Night capsule: witch hazel (Hamamelis virginiana L., folium) dry extract std. 5% tannins, angelica [Angelica sinensis (Oliv.) Diels., radix] dry extract std. 1% ligustilide, phycocyanin [Spirulina platensis (Gomont) Geitler, thallus], zinc (zinc gluconate); bulking agents: pregelatinised starch, calcium carbonate; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; acidifier: citric acid; shell: gelatin.

Directions for use
Take one day capsule in the morning at breakfast and one night capsule in the evening before going to bed.
