Description
Alcohol tester.
Warnings
- The test detects the blood alcohol concentration at the time of measurement. Blood alcohol levels may vary with changing environmental conditions. This product must be used only as a tool for prevention and for promoting more responsible and safer driving; it provides a purely indicative measurement and does not exclude or replace any checks carried out by the competent authorities, which may give values different from those obtained with the test. The alcohol levels measured by the test have no legal relevance, nor do they exempt the user from any liability. Incorrect storage and/or incorrect use of the product may affect the accuracy of the measurement.
- Never rely solely on this product to determine possible intoxication and therefore to decide whether to drive a vehicle, use dangerous equipment or undertake risky activities.
- INNOLIVING Spa is not responsible for the consequences arising from improper use of this product.
- Before use, make sure the device is intact with no visible damage. If in doubt, do not use the product and contact the authorised service centre.
- After use, always store the product away from sources of heat, sunlight, humidity, sharp objects or similar.
- Do not use alcohol-based substances such as paints or insecticides near the tester.
- Do not use chemicals to clean the tester. Never immerse the product in water or other liquids, as the sensor could be damaged.
- Do not attempt to repair the product yourself, as this will void the warranty; always contact the authorised service centre.
- It takes about 20 minutes for alcohol to be absorbed into the bloodstream from the digestive system; it is therefore recommended to take the measurement 20 minutes after drinking alcoholic beverages. If the measurement is taken immediately after drinking, the results may reflect the alcohol concentration of the drink rather than the actual concentration in the blood.
- For more accurate results, the interval between two consecutive measurements should be more than 3 minutes.
