Water, betaine; thickener: glycerol; acidity regulator: citric acid; zinc oxide, flavouring, vitamin B2 (riboflavin 5'-phosphate, sodium), vitamin B6 (pyridoxal 5'-phosphate); thickener: xanthan gum; preservatives: sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate; sweeteners: sodium cyclamate, sucralose; folic acid (calcium L-methylfolate), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin).

How to use
Take 12 drops a day, diluted in water (about 150 ml), stirring well, preferably on an empty stomach.
Shake very well before use.
