Description
A complete formulation based on magnesium and a synergistic blend of plant extracts designed to provide targeted support in calming the mind and promoting relaxation at night. Passionflower and saffron have been clinically studied for their support of mental and physical relaxation, helping you fall asleep. MetaRelax Notte also contains magnesium glycerophosphate and bisglycinate, zinc and active B vitamins (L-methylfolate/vitamin B9, methylcobalamin/vitamin B12 and pyridoxal-5-phosphate/vitamin B6). Folate contributes to normal psychological function, especially in stressful situations.
