Description
Food supplement containing magnesium bisglycinate, a source of magnesium in a highly bioavailable chelated organic form, in which magnesium is bound to two molecules of the amino acid glycine. Enriched with vitamin B6 and selenium for a supporting action. Magnesium plays a role in the process of cell division and contributes to electrolyte balance, protein synthesis and normal muscle function. Together with vitamin B6 it contributes to the functioning of the nervous system, supports normal psychological function, promotes energy-yielding metabolism and helps counteract tiredness and fatigue. It also helps maintain healthy bones and teeth, while selenium contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and nails and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

How to use
Take 3 tablets once or twice a day at any time (3 to 6 tablets a day); the daily dose may be taken all at once (6 tablets). It can also be taken before bedtime. Close tightly after use.
