INDICATIONS: MELATONINAMED FAST contains 1 mg of Melatonin per tablet. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep and contributes to the alleviation of subjective feelings of jet lag. GLUTEN-FREE.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Take one tablet shortly before going to bed. To reduce the time taken to fall asleep, the beneficial effect is obtained with an intake of 1 mg of Melatonin shortly before going to bed. To relieve the effects of jet lag, the beneficial effect is obtained with an intake of at least 0.5 mg of Melatonin shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at the destination.

INGREDIENTS: Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide; Melatonin.

WARNINGS: Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat sources. The expiry date refers to the product in intact packaging, correctly stored.
