COMFEEL PLUS

Description
Comfeel Plus can be used for the management of low to moderately exuding wounds, including leg ulcers, pressure ulcers, superficial burns, superficial partial-thickness burns, skin graft donor sites, post-operative wounds and skin abrasions. The dressing can be left in place for up to 7 days depending on the specific characteristics of the wound.

Directions for use
On contact with wound exudate, the dressing forms a viscous gel that absorbs the exudate without adhering to the wound, creating the ideal moist environment for the healing process.

Components
Comfeel Plus consists of absorbent sodium carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) particles embedded in an elastic, adhesive mass. Calcium alginate has been added to the dressing to increase its absorbency. The top layer is made of semi-permeable polyurethane.
