Description
Food supplement based on plant extracts that help promote relaxation and mental wellbeing, as well as normal mood. In openable capsules for quicker intake.

Ingredients
Sucrose, food-grade gelatine capsule, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L., leaves), hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacantha Medicus, young shoots), lime tree (Tilia tomentosa Moench, buds), colour: titanium dioxide (for the capsule).

Directions for use
Take 1 capsule a day. In periods of increased need, take 1 capsule 4 times a day. How to take: hold the capsule upright near the mouth with the cap facing upwards, pull it off and pour the contents directly into the mouth, without swallowing the capsule.

Warnings
Keep out of the sight and reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Shelf life in intact packaging: 36 months.
