Dietary supplement of calcium, magnesium and zinc and alkalising mineral salts, useful in cases of increased requirement or reduced dietary intake of these nutrients.
It helps regulate and maintain the body's acid-base balance, promoting better absorption of the mineral salts it contains: calcium, magnesium, zinc, sodium and potassium.

Ingredients

Sodium bicarbonate	122.581 g
Potassium bicarbonate	12.264 g
Calcium carbonate	9 g
Magnesium hydroxide	3.24 g
Sodium citrate	2.444 g
Zinc gluconate	0.471 g

Contains no sugars, preservatives, colourings, flavourings or sources of gluten.

Directions for use
4 teaspoons a day dissolved in a glass of water (2 teaspoons in the morning on an empty stomach, 2 teaspoons in the evening before going to bed).
Children over six: half dose.
The product should be taken together with healthy physical exercise and a correct diet.

Warnings
Pregnant or breastfeeding women and children should seek medical advice.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age.
Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
