Description
GLYCEROL CHAMOMILE AND MALLOW
Rectal preparations based on glycerol have an immediate evacuating action, acting on the terminal part of the rectum without being absorbed by the intestinal mucosa. Glycerol softens, lubricates and moves the faecal mass, making it easier to expel. The composition includes a starch colloid obtained from the dextrinisation of rice starch, which has an emollient and protective action on the mucosa. The fluid extracts of Chamomile and Mallow, with their well-known soothing properties, help improve local tolerance.
The product contains rice starch, completely gluten-free.
Directions for use
Adults and adolescents: 1 - 2 micro-enemas of 9 g in 24 hours as needed.
Instructions for use:
1) remove the cap from the nozzle;
2) lubricate the nozzle with a few drops of the solution itself;
3) insert the nozzle into the anus without squeezing the bellows;
4) squeeze the bellows to release the liquid into the rectum;
5) withdraw the nozzle while still squeezing the bellows to avoid drawing the liquid back in.
The micro-enema is single-use and must not be reused. Any remaining product must be discarded.
