Description Food supplement based on creatine, arginine, branched-chain essential amino acids (BCAAs: leucine, valine and isoleucine in a 2:1:1 ratio), mineral salts, vitamins and folic acid, enriched with eleuthero extract. It is suitable for adults and older people who need support in case of insufficient dietary intake of nutrients or increased requirements: in periods of tiredness and exhaustion due to study, work, intense physical activity and at the change of seasons. It is also suitable for those who practise sport.
Vitamins C, B6 and B12 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism, the normal function of the immune system and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Magnesium helps replace fluid and salt losses due to excessive sweating and supports muscle function; it also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Potassium (from 2 sachets a day) helps support muscle function. Eleuthero has tonic-adaptogenic properties, supports memory, cognitive function and the body's natural defences.

Directions for use Take one or two sachets during the day, dissolved in 200 ml of water. For sportspeople, take before (recharge) and after physical activity (recovery).
Warnings Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not use in case of allergy or individual hypersensitivity to one or more ingredients. Do not use during pregnancy or in children, or in any case for prolonged periods, without consulting a doctor.
