Description
Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal red blood cell formation, the normal function of the immune system, the normal functioning of the nervous system, normal psychological function and normal homocysteine metabolism.
Methylcobalamin is the metabolically active form of vitamin B12, naturally present in the body.

Ingredients
Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin), sorbitol, pregelatinised maize starch, magnesium stearate of plant origin, bamboo [Bambusa bambos (L.) Voss] young stems dry extract 70% silica.

How to use
1 tablet a day with meals, to be dissolved slowly in the mouth.
