Naturally lactose-free.

Directions for use
Take 1-2 capsules a day, swallowed with plenty of water after meals. Swallow without chewing or opening.

Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended dose. If pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your doctor before use.
