Description Food supplement of B-group vitamins.
B-group vitamins are involved in the metabolic processes that produce energy.
Supplementing them is useful:
- to cope with seasonal changes;
- when dietary intake is insufficient.
Vitamin B12, niacin, riboflavin, vitamin B6 and pantothenic acid, together with folic acid, contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
In addition, vitamin B12, vitamin B6, niacin, riboflavin and pantothenic acid, together with thiamine, contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
Niacin, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12, together with thiamine and folic acid, contribute to normal psychological function. Riboflavin, thiamine, niacin, vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 contribute to the normal function of the immune system.

How to use Take one tablet a day.
