Meat substitute mix, ideal for making meatballs, ragù and other recipes in place of minced meat, rich in fibre.

Ingredients
Deglutenised wheat starch, maize starch, dextrose; thickeners: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, guar gum, locust bean gum; plant fibre (psyllium); raising agents: glucono-delta-lactone, sodium bicarbonate; vegetable margarine [vegetable fats and oils (palm, palm kernel, rapeseed), water, salt; emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; natural flavouring], sugar, water, yeast, dried carrots, caramelised sugar, parsley, tomato extract, maltodextrin, salt, apple extract, thyme, flavouring; emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids. No added milk, soya or eggs. No preservatives.
