FARINA PRO is a blend of wheat flour and pea protein. It has 30% protein, a complete amino acid profile thanks to the legume-cereal combination, and is a source of plant protein of high biological value.
It has a high fibre content (9%), including inulin, which is beneficial for the gut.
It is suitable for making products:
- useful for protein supplementation of athletes and sportspeople
- useful for increasing protein intake in diets
- useful for counteracting the loss of muscle mass, mainly common in older age
- useful in vegan and vegetarian diets, where plant proteins are a fundamental part.
