B Taurin 20 Effervescent Tablets

Description
Food supplement based on taurine, arginine, guarana and B vitamins.
Vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. B6 also contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism.
Guarana seeds are considered tonic and stimulating for the metabolism.
The product also contains taurine and arginine, physiologically useful amino acid derivatives, and caffeine, which completes the formula.

Ingredients
Acidity regulator: citric acid; taurine; acidity corrector: sodium bicarbonate; dextrose, inulin, L-arginine hydrochloride, flavouring, guarana (paullinia cupana kunt.) seed dry extract; bulking agent: sorbitol; caffeine; sweeteners: aspartame, acesulfame K; colour: 150c; nicotinamide (niacin), calcium D-pantothenate (vitamin B5), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), riboflavin phosphate (vitamin B2).

Directions for use
Take 1 tablet a day.
Dissolve the tablet in a glass of water (approx. 200 ml).

Warnings
Do not exceed the indicated doses.
Contains caffeine. Not recommended for children or during pregnancy (caffeine content per daily dose of 1 tablet: 34 mg).
