How to use Shake the bottle well before use.
Use the measuring cup provided.
Adults and children from 12 years: 20 ml a day.
Children 7-12 years: 10 ml a day.
Children 3-6 years: 5 ml a day.

Storage Store the unopened bottle in a cool, dry place (5-25°C).
Best before, unopened, from the date of production: 30 months.
To prevent fermentation, close the bottle immediately after each use, store it upright in the fridge and consume within 4 weeks.
