Swisse Ultiboost Bone Health is a multi-nutrient formulation, high in calcium citrate, vitamin D3 and K2, to supplement your nutrition.
Calcium and vitamins D3 and K2 contribute to the maintenance of normal bones.
Vitamin D3 contributes to the normal absorption of calcium and phosphorus.
Vitamin D3 contributes to normal blood calcium levels.
Calcium contributes to normal muscle function. Vitamin D3 contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function.
Calcium requirements may increase depending on age, sex and diet, during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and after the menopause. Swisse Ultiboost Bone Health has been produced to high quality standards to provide three nutrients beneficial for bone health.

Ingredients
Calcium salts of citric acid (calcium), tablet coating (thickeners: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose; bulking agents: talc, cellulose; colours: titanium dioxide, iron oxides and hydroxides; vegetable oils (palm and coconut)); bulking agents: cellulose, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids; silicon dioxide, menaquinone-7 (vitamin K2), cholecalciferol (vitamin D3).

Directions for use
Three tablets a day, with or immediately after meals, or as recommended by your doctor.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Ask your doctor whether this food supplement is right for you. This is particularly important if you are taking warfarin.
