Description
Food supplement based on L-theanine, magnesium, plant extracts and with Miniactives Retard melatonin. With sugar and sweetener.
Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin close to bedtime. Magnesium contributes to normal psychological function and to the normal functioning of the nervous system, while jujube dry extract supports relaxation, sleep and mental well-being.

Ingredients
Maltodextrins, magnesium salts of citric acid, L-theanine, magnolia (Magnolia officinalis Rehder & Wilson) bark dry extract standardised to 2% honokiol, jujube (Ziziphus jujuba Mill.) seed dry extract standardised to 2% triterpene saponins, flavouring, Miniactives Retard melatonin (melatonin, sucrose, maize starch; stabiliser: hydroxypropyl cellulose; coating agent: shellac; anti-caking agent: talc); acidifier: citric acid; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweetener: sucralose; colour: beta-carotene; melatonin.

Directions for use
Dissolve 1 stick in a glass of water in the evening shortly before going to bed. Concentrated product in sticks to be consumed after reconstitution in 200 ml of water (a full glass of water).

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not take in case of hypersensitivity or allergy to one or more of the ingredients.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from light and/or heat sources; avoid contact with water. The best-before date refers to the product correctly stored in unopened packaging.
