Description
Food supplement with vitamins B1, B6 and B12, which contribute to the normal function of the nervous system, lipoic acid, turmeric and vitamin D, which contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function.

Ingredients
Alpha-lipoic acid, turmeric Meriva phytosome [curcuminoids from turmeric rhizome (Curcuma longa L.); bulking agent: cellulose; emulsifier: soya lecithin]; bulking agents: cellulose, dicalcium phosphate; anti-caking agents: talc, silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; cholecalciferol (vitamin D), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12); coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, calcium carbonate, talc, glycerol, iron oxides and hydroxides.

Free from gluten and lactose.

Directions for use
take 1 tablet a day, during or immediately after a meal.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Consult a doctor before using the product. In rare cases lipoic acid may cause hypoglycaemia.
Use of the product is not recommended in case of impaired liver or biliary function or gallstones. Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Do not use for prolonged periods without consulting a doctor. If you are taking medicines, consult a doctor.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light.
The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored in an unopened pack.
