Description
Food supplement based on plant extracts of saffron, valerian and green tea with Quatrefolic, melatonin and vitamin D.
Saffron contributes to normal mood and Quatrefolic (folate) contributes to normal psychological function. Valerian contributes to relaxation and sleep in case of stress; melatonin contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep (the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 2 ml, providing 1 mg of melatonin, shortly before going to bed). Tea leaves, which provide theanine, have a tonic effect (physical and mental tiredness).
Orange and lime flavour.

Ingredients
Water, green tea [Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze] leaf dry extract standardised to 20% theanine, valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root dry extract standardised to 0.8% valerenic acids, myo-inositol, saffron (Crocus sativus L.) stigma dry extract standardised to 2% safranal, flavourings; preservative: potassium sorbate; acidifier: citric acid; sweeteners: sucralose; melatonin; sweet orange essential oil (Citrus aurantium var. dulcis Hayne), polysorbate 20 (E432), Quatrefolic (5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid glucosamine salt), vitamin D (cholecalciferol).

Free from gluten, lactose and sugars.

Directions for use
30 drops (equal to 1 ml) 1-2 times a day in a little water.
