Description
Supplement for mums in the months after childbirth and during breastfeeding.
Amantar is a food supplement containing vitamins, minerals, goat's rue (Galega officinalis L., herba cum floribus), milk thistle [Silybum marianum (L.) Gaertn., fructus], beta-carotene and fatty acids (EPA and DHA), indicated for women in the months after childbirth and during breastfeeding. Galega officinalis has galactagogue properties, as it supports the production of breast milk after childbirth. Silymarin, contained in milk thistle (Silybum marianum), has an antioxidant and purifying function for the body. Amantar contains vitamins and minerals, essential to support energy-yielding metabolism and the normal functioning of the nervous system in the months after childbirth. These nutrients contribute to the normal function of the immune system, the reduction of fatigue and the maintenance of normal hair, skin and nails. In addition, DHA and EPA, contained in fish oil, contribute to normal brain, heart and visual function of the newborn*.
*The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA and EPA.

Multilayer tablet:
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid, milk thistle d.e. [Silybum marianum (L.) Gaertn., fructus], std. to 53% silymarin calculated as silybin, coated vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), magnesium oxide; anti-caking agents: polyvinylpolypyrrolidone, magnesium salts of fatty acids, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, silicon dioxide; vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), ferric diphosphate, goat's rue d.e. (Galega officinalis L., herba cum floribus), beta-carotene; niacin (nicotinamide), zinc oxide, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate), vitamin D (cholecalciferol), manganese carbonate, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), copper citrate, chromium chloride; colours: indigotine, carminic acid; folate (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), potassium iodide, sodium selenite, biotin (D-biotin).
Softgel:
Fish oil concentrated in DHA and EPA; coating agent: bovine gelatin; humectant: glycerol; vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), water.

Directions for use
Take 1 tablet and 1 capsule a day, swallowed with water.

Warnings
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not use only in cases of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. If intolerance occurs, stop taking the product. Store at controlled room temperature (15-25°C); avoid exposure to localised heat sources and sunlight and contact with water. The best-before date refers to the product correctly stored in intact packaging.

Storage
Store at a temperature between +5°C and 25°C.
