Description
Food supplement based on vitamin D3 from lichen and vitamin K2. Useful in cases of deficiency or increased requirements.

Properties
Vitamin D: contributes to normal absorption of calcium and phosphorus; contributes to normal blood calcium levels; helps maintain healthy bones and teeth; helps maintain normal muscle and immune system function; has a role in the process of cell division.
Vitamin K: contributes to normal blood clotting; contributes to the maintenance of healthy bones.

Ingredients
Olive oil, vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7), vitamin D3 400,000 IU/g (cholecalciferol from lichen, Cladonia rangiferina Weber, thallus), sweet orange [Citrus sinensis (L.) Osbeck] essential oil, vitamin E (mixed tocopherols).

Directions for use
Take 2 to 4 drops a day. Draw the product with the dropper provided and measure onto a teaspoon. Alternatively, dilute in water or another liquid of your choice. It can also be taken on a piece of bread.

For use during pregnancy, breastfeeding and in children, consult your doctor. In case of medical conditions or if taking medication, ask your doctor for advice.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. The expiry date refers to the product in intact packaging, correctly stored. Once opened, use within seven months.
