Directions for use
For complete 24-hour coverage, it is important to take the product at least at two different times of the day: take 1 red tablet in the morning and 1 green tablet in the evening. In some conditions, such as vitiligo, a higher dose of Ubiquinone may be needed and the recommended daily dose may therefore be increased on medical advice.

Do not exceed the recommended dose. The product should be used as part of a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age.
