Description
Sterile, non-invasive surgical-type dressing with an absorbent pad in contact with broken skin and an adhesive backing in contact with intact skin.
Sterile adhesive dressing consisting of a non-woven backing coated with a hypoallergenic adhesive with high skin tolerability and a central absorbent pad.
Its fully silicone adhesive backing ensures easy, painless removal.
The cross-stretch of the non-woven backing makes the dressing suitable for application on joints and moving parts too.
It has rounded corners to prevent accidental detachment.
Very gentle on removal, it leaves no adhesive residue on the skin.
The central pad is highly absorbent to protect any type of wound and absorb different levels of exudate.
The part of the pad in contact with the wound consists of a non-adherent mesh that minimises adhesion to the wound.
The pad and adhesive border are protected by silicone paper that is easily removed before use.
It is radiolucent, meaning it is not visible on X-rays.
Available in a wide range of sizes, it is packed in an easy-open single pouch (see range).
Sterilised with ethylene oxide.
Bioburden before sterilisation <100 cfu/g.
The product has passed the biocompatibility tests required by ISO 10993: cytotoxicity, allergic sensitisation, skin irritation.
Compatible with commonly used medicines and disinfectants.

How to use
Use with clean, dry hands.
Apply the adhesive border to clean, intact and dry skin, as otherwise the adhesion may be affected.
