Description
Food supplement based on B-complex vitamins.
Offers support in case of low dietary intake or increased requirements for thiamine (vit. B1), riboflavin (vit. B2), niacin, pantothenic acid, B6, biotin, folic acid and vitamin B12.
The vitamins thiamine (vit. B1), riboflavin (vit. B2), pantothenic acid, B6, B12, biotin and niacin contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
In addition, the vitamins riboflavin (vit. B2), pantothenic acid, B6, B12, folic acid and niacin contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamins B6, B12 and folic acid contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
The vitamins thiamine (vit. B1), riboflavin (vit. B2), B6, B12, biotin and niacin contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance.
Contains no preservatives.

Rice starch, inactivated brewer's yeast enriched with B vitamins (21%); coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; niacin (nicotinamide), pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; humectant: sorbitol; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), biotin, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

Directions for use
Take 1 capsule a day, without chewing, with a little water.
