IppoLEG is a food supplement made up of plant extracts and vitamins. The white tablets contain bromelain (400 mg), melilot dry extract std. 20% coumarins (300 mg) and chestnut bud glycerine macerate (200 mg). The blue tablets contain micronised diosmin (800 mg), horse chestnut dry extract std. 3-4% aescin (100 mg), vitamin C (80 mg) and vitamin E (12 mg).

Dosage and directions for use
Alternate the white tablet (Monday/Wednesday/Friday) with the blue one (Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday). Sunday off (6 tablets a week for 10 weeks), then take a 10-day break and resume. One pack is equivalent to 3 months of use. In severe cases, take one white tablet in the morning and one blue tablet in the evening for 7 days, then return to the maintenance cycle.

Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
