Food supplement. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal red blood cell formation, normal function of the immune system, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function. It also has a role in the process of cell division and in homocysteine metabolism.
1 ml contains the maximum amount of vitamin B12 in its active form.
Contains no alcohol, preservatives, colourings, synthetic sweeteners or natural flavourings. Suitable for vegans.

Ingredients
Microcrystalline cellulose*, maize or rice maltodextrin, vitamin B2 (riboflavin 5'-phosphate sodium), gum arabic*, silicon dioxide**, plant-derived magnesium stearate**; sweeteners of natural origin: steviol glycosides and thaumatin.

Directions for use
Take 1 ml a day at any time, directly in the mouth or diluted in water.
