Nasal strips are a practical solution for breathing difficulties linked to nasal congestion and allergies. Designed to combat snoring, nasal strips support and improve breathing by gently widening the sides of the nose. In doing so, they encourage nasal breathing and discourage mouth breathing: by breathing air through the nose (and not the mouth), nasal strips reduce or eliminate snoring. Efas nasal strips act on the alar cartilage (sides of the nose), improving the patency of the nasal valve. They are not medicines because they contain no active ingredient of any kind (except for those enriched with balsamic substances): the action of nasal strips is purely mechanical since, once applied to the sides of the nose, they widen the nostrils, preventing them from narrowing.

How to use
Nasal strips are extremely easy to use. Before using them, clean the face properly to help the strip's adhesive stick to the nose. Here is how to use the nasal strip correctly: Remove the backing film that protects the adhesive. Apply the strip firmly to the sides of the nose (at the base), pressing lightly on the sides of the device with your fingers. To remove: moisten the strip with a little lukewarm water and peel it off gently, lifting the adhesive starting from the ends. If, after removing the strip, the skin of the nose appears slightly reddened, red or dry, apply a specific cream to soothe, reduce redness or nourish the skin.

Warnings
Adult nasal strips are not suitable for children. Please read the leaflet inside the pack carefully before use. The product is not suitable for patients allergic to latex: most nasal strips contain natural rubber latex, which could cause unpleasant allergic reactions in sensitive individuals.
