Food supplement of 11 vitamins and 7 minerals with a differentiated-release formula. Riboflavin, vitamins B6 and B12, pantothenic acid, magnesium and iron contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Thiamine contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Iron contributes to normal cognitive function and normal oxygen transport in the body. Vitamins C and E, zinc, copper and manganese contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress; vitamin C, zinc and copper also contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal vision, while vitamin D contributes to normal absorption of calcium and phosphorus.
How to use: 1 tablet a day on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before breakfast or lunch. Swallow with a large glass of water.
