Directions for use
Take 1 tablet a day, swallowed whole with a little water, preferably straight after the main meal.

Berberine phytosome: Berberis aristata DC. (root) dry extract complexed with phospholipids (sunflower lecithin); protein isolate from Pisum sativum and procyanidolic oligomers from Vitis vinifera (seeds) with hydroxypropyl cellulose and silicon dioxide, monacolins from red rice fermented with Monascus purpureus, maltodextrins; stabiliser: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; bulking agent: calcium phosphates; coating agents: polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol, calcium carbonate, talc, glycerol, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, fatty acids, cellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; colour: iron oxides and hydroxides.

- Do not consume 3 mg or more of red rice monacolins per day.
