Description
Food supplement based on fish oil, a natural source of EPA and DHA, vitamins, minerals, lutein and folic acid (from calcium L-methylfolate), which may be useful in case of increased requirements or temporarily reduced dietary intake.

Ingredients
Tablets: vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), lutein; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; ferrous fumarate, zinc citrate, vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, modified maize starch; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide), vitamin B3 (nicotinamide), manganese gluconate; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; selenomethionine; anti-caking agent: hydroxypropyl cellulose; vitamin B5 (calcium D-pantothenate), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol, gum acacia, sucrose, maize starch, medium-chain triglycerides, DL-alpha-tocopherol; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; copper sulphate, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin, maltodextrins, sodium citrate, citric acid), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), calcium L-methylfolate, potassium iodide, biotin.
Softgels: fish oil standardised to 10% EPA 50% DHA; shell: food-grade gelatine; stabiliser: glycerol; antioxidant: alpha-tocopherol.

Gluten-free.

Directions
Take one softgel a day, preferably with the main meal, and one tablet once a day, swallowed with water.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place (<25 °C), away from light and heat sources.
The best-before date refers to the product correctly stored in its intact packaging.
