Description Food supplement based on magnesium and potassium, with zinc, creatine, carnitine and taurine, vitamins B12, C, B6, B1, folic acid and plant extracts, intended in case of low dietary intake or increased requirement of these nutrients. Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and, with potassium, contributes to normal muscle function. Ginseng and Pfaffia have an antioxidant action and, with eleuthero, a tonic-adaptogenic action. Cordyceps can provide a tonic action and metabolic support. Zinc contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and to normal acid-base metabolism. Vitamins B12, B6, C, folic acid, iron and magnesium contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

How to use Take 1 to 2 sachets a day. Pour the contents of one sachet into a glass of water (180 mL), stir very well and drink immediately after preparation.
Warnings Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended doses. The product contains polyols; excessive consumption may have laxative effects. Due to the presence of Creatine, the product is intended for adults only. Do not use during pregnancy.
Storage Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place. Avoid exposure to localised heat sources and sunlight and contact with water. The best-before date refers to the product correctly stored in unopened packaging. Do not dispose of in the environment after use.
