Description
Food supplement with biotin, zinc, copper and selenium plus nettle, millet and horsetail extracts. Biotin and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal hair and skin; zinc and selenium contribute to the maintenance of normal nails. Millet, nettle and horsetail extracts complete the formulation, supporting the well-being of nails and hair.

Ingredients
Bulking agent: dicalcium phosphate; coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, calcium carbonate, sodium starch octenyl succinate, carrageenan, potassium acetate; millet d.e. (Panicum miliaceum L., fruit), nettle d.e. (Urtica dioica L., leaves), horsetail d.e. (Equisetum arvense L., herb), zinc oxide; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; cupric citrate, D-biotin, sodium selenite.

Gluten-free.
Naturally lactose-free.

How to use
Take 1 capsule a day, swallowed with water, preferably with meals. Close the bottle after each use.
