Directions for use
For adults aged 50 and over, the correct use is one tablet a day, also away from meals, swallowed with water. It is easy to swallow with just a glass of water. If necessary, the tablet can easily be split in two to make it easier to take.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Storage
Store in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C, in the original tightly closed packaging. Do not use if the aluminium seal of the bottle is damaged when the cap is opened.
