Description
Omega 3 fatty acid food supplement.
Concentrate of omega 3 fatty acids (EPA + DHA), recommended in case of reduced dietary intake of these fatty acids.
- 1 capsule a day: 250 mg of EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart.
- 2 capsules a day: 250 mg of DHA contribute to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision.
- 4 capsules a day: 2 g of EPA and DHA contribute to the maintenance of normal blood triglyceride levels.
- 5 capsules a day: 3 g of EPA and DHA contribute to the maintenance of normal blood pressure.

Ingredients
Fish oil standardised in omega 3 (75%), food-grade gelatine; firming agents: glycerol, pectins, calcium chloride; antioxidant: tocopherol-rich extract.

Gluten-free.

Directions for use
You can take from 1 (EPA 400 mg, DHA 200 mg) to 5 capsules (EPA 2 g, DHA 1 g) a day depending on your specific EPA and DHA requirements. For those following the Zone diet strategy, the recommended daily dose is 4 capsules, providing approximately 2.5 g of EPA and DHA per day.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Do not exceed a supplemental daily intake of 5 g of combined EPA and DHA (8 capsules).
