Description
Low-protein pasta from the APROTEN product line is characterised by: low protein, sodium, phosphorus and potassium content, making it suitable for the dietary management of kidney failure (nephropathies); low tyrosine and phenylalanine content, making it suitable for the dietary management of metabolic amino acid disorders (phenylketonuria, tyrosinaemia); low protein content, making it suitable for the dietary management of Parkinson's disease (in patients on Levodopa therapy). For patients on Levodopa therapy, the degree of any dysphagia and any undernutrition problems that may arise under protein restriction must be assessed.

Ingredients
Maize starch, potato starch, chicory inulin; emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; safflower.

The product may contain traces of soya.

Directions for use
Cook APROTEN® pasta in plenty of boiling water (about 1 litre of water per 50 g of pasta). Once cooked, dress the pasta as soon as it has been drained. The cooking time given is indicative and may vary according to personal habits and taste.
Cooking time: 13-15 minutes.

Store in a dry place away from heat sources
