Description APROTEN low-protein pasta is characterised by: low protein, sodium, phosphorus and potassium content, making it suitable for the dietary management of kidney failure (nephropathies); low tyrosine and phenylalanine content, making it suitable for the dietary management of metabolic amino acid disorders (phenylketonuria, tyrosinaemia); low protein content, making it suitable for the dietary management of Parkinson's disease (in patients on Levodopa therapy). For patients on Levodopa therapy, the degree of any dysphagia and any undernutrition problems that may arise under protein restriction should be assessed.
Ingredients Maize starch, potato starch, chicory inulin; emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; safflower.
May contain traces of
soy.

How to use Cook APROTEN® pasta in plenty of boiling water (approx. 1 litre of water per 50 g of pasta). Once cooked, dress the pasta as soon as it is drained. The cooking time shown is indicative and may vary according to personal habits and taste.
Cooking time: 8-10 minutes.
Storage Store in a dry place away from heat sources
