Description
Food supplement useful in all cases of reduced dietary intake or increased requirement for acetyl-L-carnitine taurinate, vitamins, mineral salts, creatine, aspartic acid, asparagine and carnosine.
CARNIDYN PLUS contains:
- selenium and vitamin E, which contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress;
- magnesium, which contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal muscle function;
- pantothenic acid (vitamin B5), which contributes to normal mental performance and normal energy-yielding metabolism;
- zinc, which supports normal cognitive function;
- creatine, an amino acid derivative naturally produced by the body and found in various foods. At a dose of 3 g/day it increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise.

Directions for use
The recommended dose is 1-2 sachets a day, dissolved in a glass of water (200ml).

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Because it contains creatine, the product is intended for adults only. Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age.
Do not use during pregnancy.
