Neila Vaginal Gel 30 ml

Neila Vaginal Gel is a medical device in gel form, indicated as an adjunct in cases of vaginal atrophy or atrophic vaginitis, a condition characterised by loss of elasticity and skin turgor, dryness and inflammation of the vaginal walls. As well as thinning the epithelium, atrophy makes the mucosa more prone to injury, raises the local pH and alters the resident bacterial flora.

The product has a mechanical action thanks to hyaluronic acid: thanks to its muco-adhesive and film-forming properties, this natural polymer forms a protective barrier that supports the physiological rehydration of the vaginal mucosa, easing the sensation of burning and irritation. Lactic acid helps restore the physiological pH value, a condition that supports the balance of the bacterial flora and helps reduce itching and unpleasant odours linked to an imbalance. The gel is fragrance-free and intended for use in women aged 14 and over, after menarche.

How to use

Wash hands thoroughly before and after use. Pierce the aluminium seal of the tube with the tip of the cap, push the applicator plunger all the way in to expel the air and screw the applicator onto the tube, then squeeze the tube until the applicator is full. Unscrew the applicator and close the tube with the cap. To apply the gel, lie down, insert the end of the applicator into the vagina and press slowly. The device is intended for single-person use only.

After use, disassemble the applicator, remove the plunger and wash thoroughly with hot water (do not immerse in boiling water) and soap or a neutral intimate cleanser; rinse without leaving residues and leave to dry in a clean place, reassembling the plunger only when completely dry. Application is recommended preferably before going to bed, 2 to 3 times a week. Pack size: 30 ml tube with applicator.
