Stardea Ashwagandha 60 Tablets

Stardea Ashwagandha is a food supplement in tablets based on Withania somnifera (ashwagandha) dry extract, root standardised to 5% withanolides. The plant is credited with tonic and adaptogenic properties, helpful in counteracting physical and mental tiredness; withania also supports relaxation and mental wellbeing and helps support the body's natural defences.

Composition

Ashwagandha dry extract standardised to 5% withanolides (Withania somnifera L., root); anti-caking agent: magnesium carbonate; bulking agent: acacia gum (fibre); emulsifier: sunflower oil. 3 tablets provide 1,200 mg of extract, equal to 60 mg of withanolides.

How to use

Take 1 to 3 tablets a day, preferably on an empty stomach; doses can be spread throughout the day according to your needs. To appreciate its benefits, it is advisable to continue for at least one month. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose and close the pack tightly after use.

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, consult a doctor before use; do not take in case of established hypersensitivity to one or more components. Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat and light.
