Description

Brillant Plus AcquaFlate is a Foley-type indwelling urinary catheter, made of pure silicone and classified as a Class IIB medical device. It is intended for long-term urinary drainage in adults.

Features

The model is 2-way, non-grooved, with a Tiemann tip and two side eyes. The funnel features a special valve compatible with luer and luer-lock syringes. The size is Ch18, the length is 41 cm and the balloon has a capacity of 10 ml.

Contents and packaging

The kit includes a pre-filled syringe with water and 10% glycerine for inflating the balloon: this solution ensures a better seal, limits catheter displacement and reduces material preparation time. The sterile single pack maintains sterility during transport and preparation for catheterisation and contains the instructions for use.
