Polase Supermag3 18 Sticks of 2 g Cherry Flavour

Polase Supermag 3 is a food supplement in handy cherry-flavoured sticks, formulated with magnesium in three forms (bisglycinate, sucrosomial and L-pidolate) and vitamin B6.

Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to normal psychological function. Magnesium also contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, electrolyte balance, the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal muscle function.

Composition

Bulking agents E420, E967; magnesium bisglycinate, sucrosomial magnesium; acidifier E330; magnesium L-pidolate, cherry flavouring; anti-caking agent E551; sweetener E955; pyridoxine hydrochloride. Gluten-free. Per 1 stick (2 g): magnesium 200 mg (53.3% NRV), vitamin B6 0.7 mg (50% NRV).

How to use

From 12 to 18 years: one stick (2 g) a day. Adults from 18 years: up to two sticks (4 g) a day, as needed. Dissolve directly in the mouth or, if preferred, in a glass of water (50-100 ml). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose: excessive consumption may have laxative effects. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. If taking other supplements, check for any ingredients in common. Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C. Format: 18 sticks of 2 g, net weight 36 g.
