Fresubin 2 kcal Drink Cappuccino is a nutritionally complete food for special medical purposes for oral use, high in protein and energy and enriched with micronutrients. It is indicated for patients who are malnourished or at risk of malnutrition, particularly those with increased protein and energy requirements. The practical, ergonomically shaped 200 ml bottles, complete with straw and screw cap, make it easy to take even away from home.

Nutritional values

The energy density is 2.0 kcal/ml, with an energy distribution of 20% from protein, 35% from fat and 45% from carbohydrate. Per 100 ml the product provides 10 g of protein (casein/whey ratio 92/8), 7.8 g of fat and 22.5 g of carbohydrate. The formula is enriched with a complete profile of vitamins (A, D3, E, K1, B group, C, biotin, folic and pantothenic acid), minerals and trace elements, including calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, zinc, iodine and selenium.

How to use and warnings

To be taken orally from the bottle: 2 bottles of 200 ml a day for supplementary nutrition, 4-5 bottles a day for complete nutrition. Shake well before opening. Must be used under medical supervision and is suitable as a sole source of nutrition. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age or patients with galactosaemia; use with caution under 6 years of age. Ensure adequate fluid intake. Store at room temperature; once opened, consume within 24 hours, preferably kept in the refrigerator.
