Food supplement based on Cystine, Methionine, Zinc, Copper and other vitamin and mineral factors (Beta-carotene, Vitamins C and E, Selenium). It is intended to rebalance the dietary intake of these nutrients (if deficient). Zinc and Selenium contribute to the maintenance of normal hair and nails. Contains gluten from wheat.

Other ingredients: gelatine; L-cystine; soybean oil; firming agent: glycerol (E422); ascorbic acid (vitamin C); L-methionine; zinc sulphate; thickener: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471); d,l-alpha tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E acetate); natural beta-carotene 30% in sunflower oil; emulsifier: rapeseed lecithin (E322); colours: iron oxides (E172), copper sulphate, sodium selenite.

Directions for use
Take 3 capsules a day, swallowed with water, one after each meal, for at least 2 months.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Pregnant or breastfeeding women and children should consult a doctor.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
