Uncadep Aerosol 20 Single-Dose Ampoules of 5 ml

Uncadep Aerosol by Erbozeta is a medical device consisting of a sterile hypertonic saline solution for nebulisation based on N-acetylcysteine, in convenient 5 ml single-dose ampoules. Nebulised into the airways, it acts locally and is intended for adults and children from 2 years.

Indications

It is indicated for the treatment of symptoms associated with catarrhal conditions of the respiratory tract: excess mucus, cough, shortness of breath. N-acetylcysteine in hypertonic solution helps decongest the airways, helping to thin mucus and make it easier to cough up.

Composition

N-acetylcysteine (6%), sodium hyaluronate, disodium EDTA, sodium phosphate monobasic dihydrate, sodium phosphate dibasic dihydrate, sodium hydroxide, water.

How to use

1 single-dose ampoule per nebulisation session, 1-2 times a day for 5-10 days. Shake the ampoule gently, open it by twisting the tab and pour the solution into the nebuliser cup, preferably of a piston-type device. The contents of the ampoule should be used all at once.

Warnings

Keep out of the sight and reach of children. Avoid contact with the eyes. Use glass or plastic accessories, as N-acetylcysteine can react with rubber, iron and copper. Any sulphurous smell is typical of N-acetylcysteine and does not indicate deterioration. In case of bronchial asthma, use only under medical supervision. Pack of 20 ampoules of 5 ml.
