• Vitamin C 1,000 mg, vitamin E 12 mg, vitamin A 800 mcg, vitamin D 5 mcg, vitamin K 37.5 mcg
• B group: B1 1.5 mg, B2 1.6 mg, B3 16 mg, B6 5 mg, B12 2.5 mcg, biotin 50 mcg, pantothenic acid 6 mg
• Folate 200 mcg
• Minerals: calcium 135 mg, phosphorus 105 mg, magnesium 56.25 mg, iron 7 mg, zinc 5 mg, iodine 75 mcg, chromium 40 mcg, selenium 27.5 mcg, manganese 1 mg, copper 0.5 mg

How to use
