Sidorm Fast Spray 15 ml

Sidorm Fast is a food supplement in an oral spray based on liposomal melatonin and vitamins B5 and B6, to be sprayed into the mouth or under the tongue. The 15 ml bottle is designed for adults and children and allows quick dosing shortly before going to bed.

Properties

Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep: the beneficial effect is obtained with the intake of 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed, the amount corresponding to the product's maximum daily dose.

• Liposomal melatonin 53 mg, of which melatonin 1 mg
• Vitamin B5 2 mg (33% NRV)
• Vitamin B6 0.7 mg (50% NRV)

How to use

Shake well before use. Children and adults: 1-2 sprays into the mouth or under the tongue, about 30 minutes before going to bed.
